It was an amazing tour. Caoimhe has lots of detailed information about Vasa and its story! It is evident that she likes to tell the ships history and is herself amazed by it. Also, she happily answerd all of our questions, which we enjoyed. Because of that we wholeheartedly recommend taking the tour with her.

Very good tour about the Vasa. The guide is very knowledgeable and has a lot of interesting information about the topic. Every question I had was elaborately answered. I enjoyed it a lot and can recommend it to anyone who wants to know more about the ship than the museum can offer 👍

Daniela was friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us all the history of the Vasa and did so passionately.

Firstly, I did not expect the Vasa Museet to be all about ONE spectacular Boat. This was beyond AMAZING. But what a treat to have THIS Guide, and for just two people. I believe Juris and I worked our Guide harder than a party of twenty. To think we could just have gone to this Museum and spent an hour randomly walking around without any clue what we were looking at. Our Guide brought this Boat ALIVE in magical ways. We understood just how magnificent this boat was, in all its technical and HUMAN aspects. We bombarded our Guide with a thousand questions, not always about the boat, but about Sweden and more general tourist interests. True patience from our Guide, who held out for much longer that a Group Tour would have required. Sorry to have tired you out and tested your knowledge too much. We can thoroughly recommend THIS Guide, but to pay respect to his abilities you should have more just a casual 30-minute interest in this Boat. However, to visit this Boat WITHOUT his guidance would leave you short on the price of your admission ticket. Truly a remarkable guided tour from one of the best Guides we have come across. A brilliant last thing to visit on our whistlestop tour of Stockholm. Thank You.

I would highly recommend adding this walking tour onto your day if you are planning on seeing the Vasa Museum! I'm not much of a museum person (as much as I try to be), but the Vasa museum was highly recommended to me to visit during my time in Stockholm, and I can confidently say that I definitely had a better experience thanks to Daniel. The museum is more than just a majestic boat, it and covers a variety of topics between history, conservation techniques, 17th century ship life, etc., and Daniel was well informed about all of it. He knew extra facts and stories that were seemingly not readily available on the plaques and presented in a way that was more interesting than just reading by oneself. He was patient and let us take our time to explore the different exhibits as well so you don't feel rushed through. The toir says 2 hours but we were there for 3! Don't miss out on booking this tour during your visit😁
