Definitely recommend this tour! I’ve always enjoyed free walking tours on our travels and this one was pleasant and informative, despite the crowds and rain. William told stories, historical facts and answered our questions. He was very polite, somewhat formal, and totally organized and prepared at each stop. I get the impression he does this exact same tour quite often — he could add a little pizazz or element of surprise with some humor or audience participation.

Leila was an amazing guide! She provided a combination of history, art and culture while taking us around. She's very entertaining and knowledgeable. And you can see how she has great relationship with the locals by taking us on a quick food sampling of the local specialities as well!

Our Strasbourg walk with Leila on December 3, 2025, was fantastic! She provided a wonderful overview of the history of the city and mixed in recommendations of things to do, shops to visit, and restaurants to try along the way. This walk will provide a wonderful introduction to the heart of Strasbourg in two hours and will make you want to go back to certain areas to explore further on your own (i.e. Petit France). Since we were in Strasbourg during the busy Christmas market season, Leila did a great job in keeping the group together in the crowds and found quiet places for the group that got us away from the hustle and bustle.

Our second tour in Strasbourg and we were lucky enough to get Remy again. Another wonderful tour and again saw things that we might have overlooked and learnt a lot about the history of Strasbourg and Alsace. Highly recommended.

Great tour of Strasbourg and the Christmas markets. Stefania was lovely and had lots of interesting information about Strasbourg.

Interesting tour, however there was a lack of organization in terms of keep loosing the guide especially in crowded areas, i have tried other tours in other countries & the guides kept checking on the number of people instead of loosing them
