Our guide Halima was amazing! It was such a pleasant experience for us especially since it was our first time here. Halima was patient and kind, she had great stories and took a very personable approach to the tour. Although it was a small group, she made sure it was a great experience for us from start to finish and had amazing energy throughout the tour. She gave great recommendations and it was a pleasure to get to know her. This tour is highly recommended!

Excellent tour supplying lots of information.

Leila was a very good guide, we enjoyed the walking tour with her. She even invested on her work by allowing tourists to rent her ear device for 1 Euro so we could clearly hear her talking even around a bunch of crowd. We tried some cheese and cookie/bread during the tour which was a kind gesture from Leila and ideal for local businesses as part of their product marketing for tourists like us. Truly recommended, kudos to Leila and her team!

Fantastic tour! Despite extremely cold weather and snow, our tour guide stayed fully committed and upbeat the entire time. The tour was fun, incredibly knowledgeable, and packed with amazing stops. I learned so much and really appreciated the passion and energy throughout. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten die Tour bei Leo, der aufgrund der vielen deutschsprachigen Teilnehmer die Tour in deutsch geführt hat. Es wurde sehr detailreich und mit einer Prise Humor vorgetragen. Würde die Tour jedem weiterempfehlen!

The group had one difficult individual complaining she’d lost the group, but was on her phone most of the time and was an unreasonable person. Stef remained polite and professional throughout, which I commend her for. Great tour, route and guide. Thoroughly recommended.

I highly recommend this tour. I enjoyed listening to the historical accounts and the stories as well as the descriptions of the diverse architecture in Strasbourg. We also got to do some gingerbread and cheese tasting which really helped me pick which goodies to buy for my friends and family. I’m grateful they hold these tours on December 24 too!

Leila was great! The tour group was a little larger than I’d have preferred and we did get separated from the group at one point but we were able to find them again. Overall we really enjoyed the tour.

Great tour, guide was both engaging and informative. She made sure she wasn't losing the group's attention and took her time explaining things. Also pointed out recs for food (and public toilets) and hidden gems in Strasbourg. Was a great intro to the city and 2 hours well spent.

Great tour guide, very warm and brought the difficult past of the Alsace region to life through individual stories and the places visited. Would definitely recommend this for those wanting to find their bearings in Strasbourg.
