Strolling through Valencia.
Tour description
* The maximum reservation time is 2 hours before the start, that is, 3 PM or 6 PM.
** Maximum waiting time at the meeting point is 5 minutes
Throughout this tour, we will see the city and I will show you old images that allow us to see how Valencia has changed in a century.
We will start at the North train station, where we can learn about its modernist heritage. From here, we will move to the Town Hall Square to see the Town Hall and the Post Office, buildings of neoclassical style. We will see the Central Market (also of modernist style) and the Silk Exchange (UNESCO Heritage, 15th-century civil Gothic). We will visit 3 squares: the Round Square, Queen's Square, and Virgin's Square which will lead us to the Palace of the Generalitat (another Gothic building), and from here to the imposing Serranos Towers where we will discover the importance of the Turia River in the evolution of the city. After passing through the Romanesque door of the Cathedral, the Street of Peace and the Palace of the Marqués de Dos Aguas, shopping time will begin on Poeta Querol, Don Juan de Austria, and Colón streets before ending as we started with a modernist building: the Colón Market, a perfect "meeting point" to sit, have a coffee, and share photos on our social networks.
