I was born and raised in Funchal and since I was 14 years old, I dreamed of being a Guide and showing travelers my little piece of heaven. I became a mountain guide in 2016 and fulfilled part of my dream, guiding people in the incredible nature of Madeira. In 2018, I had the challenge to start the Free Tours in my city. I accepted the challenge and feel very happy and lucky to share the best of the city and the mountains with our visitors!

Excellent tour which introduced places of interest that i hadnt been aware of and would be difficult to know about without local knowledge. The history of Madeira was very interesting and our guide really knowledgable. I highly recommend this tour whether you are new to Funchal or whether (like me) you have been before. Ill definately be booking a place on the old town tour (the other tour offered by lisa) next time im on holiday here.
