Istvan is a highly knowledgeable and professional guide with a real passion for history and a great sense of humour. He made the tour engaging, interactive, and truly enjoyable. He shared many fascinating facts about Hungarian history and stories about Budapest. I especially appreciated his objective and sometimes critical approach to history, which made the tour even more thought-provoking. It takes courage to speak openly about the role one's own country has played in the deaths of people from other nations. There were also plenty of interesting stories about famous people and places. Istvan kept the participants involved by asking questions and rewarding them with little treats, which added a fun touch to the experience. The route was very well chosen, and the tour was perfectly balanced for two hours. Everyone seemed happy to be part of it, which speaks volumes about the quality of the experience. Thank you, Istvan, for such a wonderful time and for bringing back so many memories of Budapest. After this tour, I have an even more positive impression of this beautiful city!
