Grafiti Tour Comuna 13 History And Transformation

In this tour you will be able to learn about the history and difficulties in which the inhabitants from commune 13 were involved, where sensitive topics such as war, drugs and violence will be touched but always with the intention of being able to teach the overcoming and transformation that has occurred in the last years in this place through art and culture. Within the tour you will walk through the neighborhood with most graffitis in all of Medellín (the neighborhood 20 de julio), a place that has more than 365 graffiti in its surroundings, the professional guide with whom you are doing your tour will be in charge of explaining the meaning of many of these pieces of art, within the tour you will be able to enter inside a house of one of the habitants of commune 13 (doña Rosalba) a woman affected by violence who will tell you a little more about life in this place in the decade of the 90's, in addition to providing you with a typical Medellin drink known as guarapo, the tour also includes entry to an incredible art gallery and a very famous snack in the commune known as crema de mango.
