Tour description
Discover, feel and explore Krakow (off the tourist trail) on foot.
We will explore this ancient city in a small group (maximum 10 people). Fantastic landscapes, hidden cafes, controversial graffiti, neighborhoods with a troubled past, great restaurants from around the world, sites of pagan rituals. Krakow has it all.
The mythical land of mighty kings, historians and heroic legends. If the bricks and pavers of this capital could talk, we would instantly discover fascinating stories about some of the most pivotal moments in Polish and European history. From Czech rule in the 9th century to Swedish rule in 1700; to the division of Prussia, Russia and Austria and some of the most tragic hours in modern history, during World War II .
Respectfully ask the Wawel dragon for permission to enter the castle and discover this architectural gem, stroll through the streets of the "Ghetto" and learn one of the hardest lessons history has taught us. Take a closer look at an old Austrian prison , while hearing some emotional stories from the recent past. All wrapped in a fairy tale atmosphere that will entangle your senses.
Indulge in a delicate cup of coffee or tea, inside an unknown garden cafe in Kazimierz (the old Jewish quarter ), a fascinating neighborhood full of fascinating stories and unique places to visit.
For the "grand finale", we are taking our group to a sacred part of the city , where the Celtic tribes buried their noble prince, Krakus , who is believed to have founded the first settlement in this area. Hear stories about this visionary pagan leader while taking in some of the most splendid views in the city.
