Hello, my name is Charlotte, I am Franco-Belgian, a graduate of tourism in Belgium and I have lived in Palma since 2014. I have worked throughout Europe receiving, informing and guiding travelers from all over the world speaking languages such as French, English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or German. For me, being a guide is more than a job: it is a passion that I share! I love sharing with people, be it a good plate of food, magical moments or recommendations of all kinds. I would like to share with you the history of this pearl of the Mediterranean as well as my experiences and anecdotes to make this guided tour a different and interesting experience, meeting a French-speaking resident of the Balearic Islands.
I invite you to walk through the Tramuntana area in the company of a lover of the island who will share her "secrets" as well as historical data about the island and visits to do in Palma and the Tramuntana.
We will enter this charming area , where one of the most picturesque towns in Mallorca is located, located between sea and mountains, Valldemossa .
We will also discover some emblematic characters who lived in the town. One in particular who lived in the area, a great thinker of the medieval period , little known but who marked History , and not only of the island.
You can enjoy a relaxing walk through the alleys of stones and plants. With the advantage of going from urbanization to nature with spectacular views , in just a few minutes, being in the very heart of these mountains recognized as world heritage (UNESCO).
There, we will stop at a viewpoint where we can have breakfast/snack outdoors. (EITHER finish the tour in the most emblematic cafeteria in town, morning tour). According to preference.
You can try the typical Majorcan pastries accompanied by their refreshing horchata .
A truly magical place on this "beautiful island" that invites you to connect with yourself and the incredible environment that surrounds us.
