Tour description

Forget the summer heat and leave the crowds behind! Join me on my enchanting moonlight stroll through the Eternal City! This is truly the best time to experience Rome's wonders and the moonlight brings a new perspective.

Our walk will begin from Rome's most beautiful square: Piazza Navona. Embellished by the works of Bernini and Borromini. We will take time to marvel at its beauty and discuss the frivolous relationship that defined the beauty of the area.

The pantheon is one of Rome's most impressive buildings. It began its life under the emperors and maintained its importance under the popes through to the modern day. We will take a walk around it and get a glimpse at the oculus through the keyhole!

The Trevi Fountain is not to be missed when in Rome… especially at night! Whilst the water reflects the moonlight and dances upon the marble facade you discover the romantic story behind this masterpiece.

Saving the best till last, we will venture down the road of the imperial forums to the Colosseum. You’ll be transported back in time as we gaze upon the ruins of the ancient city of Rome.
The experience will finish outside the Colosseum.

Laura was amazing! She was a perfect tour guide: funny, sweet & knowledge. She talked with passion, explained all the history, answered questions and was considerate of all group members She has sparkles and glitter and I definitely recommend her

Beautiful Fall evening for an after dark tour. It was our first evening in Rome and this tour allowed our group to get a great overview of the city and see some of the beautiful sights all lit up. We were all unfamiliar with this area and the walking tour increased our confidence to navigate on our own for the next three days! Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth our time! Thank you!!

You cannot fault our Guru - she was passionate about the info and sights and made it light hearted whilst giving interesting information. Although we did enjoy it, it was a little disappointing that the tour we were on was not in fact the one we had signed up to. We booked onto The Best of Rome which was down on the website as 1.5hrs long and finished at the colloseum in the dark - we planned our short trip to the city around this. Sadly, the tour we did went no where near the colloseum and was 2hrs long and so we ended up not having enough time to go and see the colloseum at night like we really wanted. Not the gurus fault, issues/inconsistencies with the planning/website I guess.

Wonderful tour to see some highlights and get a lot of super interesting history. It's such a great way to get the lay of the land on your first day in a new city. Plus, the historical information was fascinating and thorough. Loved, loved, loved my guide.
