Hi there! We are a young team that for years we have made our passion, our profession, which is to spread to other people our love for the city of Berlin, its people, its culture and its art. We come from different places in Spain and Latin America, and since we arrived in Berlin, that strange beauty of the immense squared avenues, the abandoned buildings and the permanent battle between the new and the old, captivated us and made Berlin, more than our home. , be our home.

Tour description

In the early morning of August 13, 1961 , Berliners discovered that their worst fears had come true. The wall created two cities that had chosen their allies and now, the side that each one was on would mark their life forever.

In this tour we will discover what were the reasons that led to the construction of the wall . We will try to understand how Berliners felt and how the constant leaks led to the creation of a border control system that was almost impossible to bypass ... almost.

During the tour we will row following the steps of the wall through Berlin that will take us to places such as:

  • The Wall Memorial along the Bernauerstr
  • The exhibition of public transport in the divided Berlin "Phantom Stations"
  • The border control known as the Palace of Tears
  • The East Side Gallery

- By the way, we move by public transport, that Berlin is very big and if we don't see even half of it =) Bring an AB transport ticket

- (The tour may vary depending on the weather)

The tour ends at the East Side Gallery, very close to the Ostbahnhof train station
