Visit to La Orotava - Free Tour

Maria gave a really good insight to the history of the island and the people. She explain all the different architecture and what they were before. A lot were convents turned into family homes or public buildings. We were confident enough after the tour to adventure further and go inside some of the places. I.e the balconies , Marie took us inside really interesting buildings that were now shops and lovely hotels were we could have lunch after. The gardens we visited were lovely and again we revisited them later in the day . All in all A brilliant tour guide thank you Maria .

We had a fantastic walking tour in La Orotava and learned so much about the town’s history, architecture, and local life. Argelia was knowledgeable, engaging, and happy to answer questions, which really brought the place to life. Highly recommended if you want to understand La Orotava beyond just wandering the streets.
