With only 3 days in Berlin, I was really looking forward to this tour. At first, our guide cancelled the tour on the morning of and changed it to the following day. It was supposed to rain that day so understandable I suppose. Then I wake up the next day excited for the tour just to receive another email saying the tour guide cancelled the tour once again with a new date of one week from today. Truly unprofessional stuff... we had five people that were gonna come to this tour so it's not like there wasn't going to be enough people. Luckily we were able to book a different tour which was fantastic, but nonetheless I think it's a really bad look to cancel a tour multiple times - you can really mess up someone's vacation travel plans that way. If you say there's gonna be a tour on a certain day, then stick to it!
