Hello, my name is Marc and I have been working as a guide for over 15 years. I have travelled the world since I was 18 years old and have visited over 100 countries working as a tourguide and a photographer. I never forget to pack my ipod and camera on my trips!
So you saw Anne Frank's house, took the boat on the canals, and strolled the red light district. Great! But Amsterdam is so much more.
Let me take you on a walking tour of the hidden gems of Amsterdam. Places away from the big crowds. Small courtyards, the famous local Amsterdamse School architecture, relaxing in a beautiful park, neighbourhouds not mentioned in the Lonely Planet, great street art, and so on.
As a photographer, I know the shots you want to make, and I am more than welcome to give you some tips and advice. If you have a special request, just let me know and I will make it happen.
We will start and finish the tour at Central Station.
Our walk will be around 10 kilometers long. No rush, take in the sights and sounds of my city while I'll give you the stories.

Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
