Hi everyone! This is Marcius. I have two degrees in History and Italian Literature. My professional activity has mainly focused on teaching, being in the past { in Romania} a history professor. Arriving in Italy, back in 1995, I've worked as a translator-Interpreter, ROMANIAN - ITALIAN { business, football clubs such as Rome, Lazio, Florence, Inter Milan} and for many years by now, I'm working as an official tourist guide for the city of Rome and the Vatican. I'm from Romania, as I said, {ex Dacia} country conquered by the Romans in 106 AD and from that moment on started the cultural transformation. Not only. The Romans added their genes to the ancient Dacian population. Today we are a product generated by the Roman colonization. P. S... THIS IS NOT AN AGENCY. SO, THE TOURS ARE GUIDED ONLY BY MY SELF.

Marcius was knowledgeable and friendly. Tried to get us engaged. Marcius tried to avoid the crowed where possible to communicate better and didn’t rush through any points. Learned a lot from Marcius. Totally recommended

Marcius is a history teacher and had a great storyline and interesting facts; extremely knowledgeable and passionate, answered every question we had, in addition to it being just a stunningly visually beautiful tour with the sunsetting against the Colosseum and other buildings we walked down. Highly recommend!!

Marcius is a very knowledgeable person who brings a lot of passion and energy to the history of Rome. He narrates it in such an interesting way and really keeps you gripped. I would definitely add this tour for some context and colour into the most important sites of the city!
