Jose fell in love with Italy since he came to study at the university and has lived in different cities. He has studied Fine Arts and Tourism, and is an accredited guide with experience in different countries. We love Rome and above all, we are passionate about our work. We are happy to see how people learn and have fun with our tours and to be clear, Rome makes it easy for us, here there is no lack of History, art, culture... Tour description

**Reservations for more than 6 people**: reservations of more than 6 people are not accepted (even with different names) in these cases contact us through the platform to see possible alternatives .

Trastevere, the most sought after and bohemian neighborhood in the city , is waiting for us. We start in Campo de Fiori square, a place frequented by emperors and Popes, and today by tourists who go to the market or have an aperitivi. We will discover the most important Renaissance palace in the city and we will cross the Tiber river through the historic Sisto bridge . We will go through squares and streets that tell us about characters who have left their mark, in which we will be surprised by monuments such as the Aurelian Wall , one of the oldest pharmacies in Europe from which the Popes used their supplies, the first church in Rome, and some of the fountains with history that are part of this picturesque neighborhood. Then we will go to San Pietro in Montorio and we will discover the work that inspired the first project of the current Saint Peter's Basilica in the Vatican, and we will end with Rome at our feet, with a panoramic view of the city from the Fontana viewpoint Acqua Paola , sought after by tourists who visit us because it has appeared in a movie.

Of course we will also talk about gastronomy, with suggestions to try both sweet and salty , and we will recommend places where you can do it. All this without forgetting that in this neighborhood we have the establishment with the cheapest beers in all of Rome!!!! Does anyone give more??? Trastevere is waiting for us and we offer you our help to discover it and have one of the best and most complete experiences of your trip to the Eternal City.

We will discover the hidden stories in:

  • Campo de Fiori Square
  • Farnese Palace
  • Sisto Bridge
  • Trilussa Square
  • Settimian Gate of the Aurelian Wall
  • Historic pharmacy of Santa Maria della Scala
  • Santa Maria in Trastevere
  • San Pietro in Montorio
  • Temple of Bramante
