Hello travelers! Welcome to Europe's sin city Amsterdam! I am Rubens, an accredited guide passionate about culture and history. I will show you the city with a lot and dynamism. I like to share what I learn from my trips and transmit those passionate experiences through the tours. I have lived here for 7 years in the city and I have made this city my home. I like history, traveling and meeting people from all over the world and their respective cultures. Join me on this guided tour, we explore the corners of Amsterdam where there are a lot of stories to know. "Amsterdam is a city of tolerance and inclusion where everyone is welcome.
"I feel like a bird with clipped wings, thrown against the bars of the cage. Let me out!" a voice inside me screams.
Welcome and let's eat together in this Free Tour.
This story by Anne Frank is part of the diary she wrote between June 12, 1942 and August 1, 1944 in the context of World War II. Anne Frank a Jewish girl who hid from the Nazi regime in a house in Amsterdam during the German invasion of the Netherlands.
We will meet at the Jewish Historical Museum with our expert history guide, and we will start touring the Jewish quarter of Amsterdam . Throughout the walk we will learn about the relationship between the Nazi regime and the Dutch city.
We will get to know the places, monuments and buildings through the eyes of little Anne Frank , who between 1942 and 1944 hid with her family in a house in Amsterdam. His diary has become one of the most widely distributed books of all time, and no wonder.
We will finish our tour passing through the Westerkerk Church until we reach the outside of the Anne Frank House , with a bitter feeling of how cruel history can be.
If you want to visit the interior of the Anne Frank House Museum, you must book the tickets from the museum's own website. Keep this in mind as there are currently no door ticket sales available.
I'll be where the bronze bull with the pink umbrella is
