Acudí al tour con alumnos de cocina, y la guía (además de los lugares emblemáticos del Vieux Lyon previstos en el trour) nos condujo a varios sitios interesantes relacionados con la gastronomía de la ciudad, de manera que les resultase lo más provechosa posible. ¡Un tour muy recomendable!

Ryan was super knowledgeable on the history of Lyon and was able to answer all questions that were asked by the group. We were able to go through some of the silk trades hidden walkways and hear about the families that lived there. He also pointed out great restaurants and places to eat. A wonderful tour. I highly recommend.it.

Ryan was very knowledgeable. Over the course of the 2-hour walk we learned a lot about the history of Lyon, its architecture and its principal monuments but Ryan managed to impart it all in an interesting and entertaining way. He also pointed out several cafés, bouchons and a viennoiserie that he recommended for their authenticity. We tried one of them, L'Epicerie, for lunch and it was excellent. I'd highly recommend taking his tour. We've visited Lyon several times but we learned a lot.
