Tour description
Explore one of the world’s largest fish markets with a local guide. Enjoy an exclusive fish-cutting show and uncover the secrets of Japanese food culture, artisan techniques, and flavor enhancement.

Fish Cutting Show
- The 11:00 AM tour includes a live fish cutting show by a professional chef, followed by a seafood rice bowl made from the freshly cut fish.
Guests on the 8:30 AM tour can also join the show at 12:00 PM, but there will be a wait after the tour ends.
The seafood rice bowl is available on-site for an additional ¥2,000.
Important Notes
- On Wednesdays, Sundays, and national holidays, about half of the shops in the Tsukiji Outer Market may be closed.
While some shops remain open and tours are still available, the experience may differ from usual.

- The cutting show is not held on shop holidays (mainly Wednesdays and Sundays).
