Great way to start the day. Rushdi was engaging with a great sense of humour. We got a great look into the history and culture of Cape Town. Covering the culturally significant sights. He even finished the tour on a local food stop for us which was a much appreciated addition.

One of the best free walking tours I’ve attended! Nathan was professional, knowledgeable and very safety conscious as we navigate Cape Town traffic and crowd. Nathan is a gem of an historian and story teller of Cape Town’s colorful Bo-Kaap neighborhood past. I learnt so much about the challenges, complexities, depth, evolution and triumph of human history in this small but important corner of Cape Town. Nathan answered and elaborated on all my questions, from politic to culture, they captured my curiosity and amazement of this corner of Cape Town’s unique past. I encourage everyone visiting Cape Town to experience this amazing walking tour!

It was a fabulous morning exploring Cape Town, learning about the history of the region and the city and the impacts of dispossession and colonisation. Robin was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate!

Rubin was friendly & extremely knowledgeable. He had so much history & stories to share also adding his personal experiences of what he has lived through. He shared such a wealth of information, answering everyone’s question & giving a great insight of all the history & culture. You need longer than 2 hours to cover the full itinerary & all the information involved though. Thank you for sharing so much & giving us such an in depth understanding of your history.

Wow! Rubin was passionate and extremely knowledgeable and is like a walking library. He knows the history and was meticulous in his explanation and could provide very detail information if you requested for it. He presented the tour with a storyline that you want to hear more and more. We enjoyed his company so much so, we even had coffee with him at the end of the tour to ask more questions.
