Excellent introduction to Evora. Guide was very knowledgeable.

Elsa was a fabulous tour guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, enthusiastic and entertaining. She moved at a steady pace, but not too fast and was happy to stop and answer any questions we had. We would not have known any of the interesting details of the area had we not taken the tour. I would highly recommend both the tour itself and Elsa.

Excellent summary of history and life today in Évora.

It was a very good tour. We have been on many guru walks and along with the history of the area, we love to hear unique stories of the area’s past as well as get fun facts. It’s always nice to also hear about the food associated with the area and any special dishes.

We especially appreciated how considerate she was, constantly checking in and adjusting the rhythm for my older parents, which made the experience comfortable for everyone. ​Beyond the incredible historical context, her local recommendations were spot-on; she guided us to what turned out to be one of the best and most memorable meals we have had during our entire stay in Portugal.
