Today was a very wet rainy day in Salzburg, did not expect the walking tour to get started as planned. Was pleasantly surprised when Zoe showed up with full enthusiasm and energy and all the others who had signed for the tour Zoe went through the entire two hours with immense energy and enthusiasm, she gave everyone a lot of time to ask questions and also to take pictures at various locations. She had a lot of stories to share which really made the tour very engaging, I have done a lot of tours with other companies, what was different and outstanding with Zoe was her effortless sharing of thoughts and keeping the group engaged. She was not commercial trying to sell us something. I think we had a great two and half hours with Zoe today. Great tour, thanks
