Hi I am Dave Mendez and I am a cool guy who loves to meet people from around the world. I love to share stories, legends and experience the culture at first hand with my new friends. We will enjoy the national gastronomy and of course our beautiful culture.

Tour was mixed - some participants liked it and some felt similar to me. Way too much time was spent on standing in the park (1. Hr) listening to history at the beginning, which meant the end was rushed and we missed the inside of the churches and the top floor views in the library. More time should’ve focused on the actual histoeical centre and ideally the tour would be flipped around so that the most important stuff is not rushed or missed. The history talks can easily be spread out at the different sites, which would also allow more time for photo taking. The horchata and market stops were nice, as was use of the iPad. The focus though should be on walking and seeing the city as tourists have come all this way. Some of the history info can be shared to view or watch later, as important and interesting as it is.
Dave was a fantastic guide. He's really passionate about El Salvador and tells the history in a very engaging way.
Great tour! Dave is a fun guy and provies plenty of interesting information about the city and the country. Highly recommended!
