What stood out the most was how personal he made it. He used our names and backgrounds to tailor the experience just for us, which made it feel less like a tour and more like exploring with a friend. He was super patient, never rushed us, and made sure we had time to really enjoy everything. David was so kind and made the day feel easy and relaxed.
