As a seasoned walking tour host for 8 years now, I share a passion for discovering new cities and connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds. With this, I bring a unique perspective to each of my tours beyond just history. I have enjoyed working with embassies and institutes in curating custom tours on request.
Originally hailing from South India, I have spent 4 years calling Frankfurt my home, while immersing myself in the local culture and exploring the surrounding areas. My tours are shaped around the things that excite me the most about these cities. I have travelled to more that 35 cities in and around Germany where I have had the pleasure of interacting with fellow walking tour hosts, exchanging ideas and learning from their experiences. As for me, I am an artist and urban researcher constantly seeking out new and innovative ways to explore the public realm and share its beauty with others.
Since 2017, I have also curated my own heritage walks and inclusive art trails, bringing a personalized touch to each tour and ensuring that every guest feels engaged and inspired. Whether you're a seasoned traveler or a first-time visitor, I am excited to share my love for cities with you on your next walking tour adventure.
I appreciated how the guru checked in on what the group's personal interests were at the start of the tour, making it a much more enjoyable experience for the group than just a historical lesson. Srishti brings fresh perspective to how the city has grown over the ages. She knows her route and happily answers questions outside of this with honesty. Srishti also shared a small note with us post the walk with recommendations in the city and about local food.
Srishti was a very informative tour guide. Her knowledge about various sites and its historical significance was impeccable, and she always happily answered any queries with a smile. Overall it was a fun experience.
Good information ideal amount of facts not too much or too little Gave good history background. Answered any queries.
I appreciated the guide’s kindness and flexibility, especially for giving me time to drop off my bag at a café before we started. That said, the tour itself felt underprepared and less engaging than I expected. I’ve been on many walking tours, and they usually include some kind of visual material—like old photos, maps, or printed info—that helps bring the city’s history to life. Unfortunately, this tour didn’t offer that, and as the only participant, I expected more interaction. I was never asked if I had any questions, and there was no follow-up throughout, which made the experience feel more like a monologue than a guided walk. Although the tour was advertised as 1.5 hours, it ended in about an hour. I was told it was shortened because I was the only attendee, but I believe the experience should still be complete regardless of group size. It also felt a bit rushed, starting late and finishing early. Overall, the guide was kind, but I think with more preparation, interactive elements, and attention to timing, this tour could be a much more better.
We really enjoyed it and were very surprised by the wonderful neighborhood, thank you so much
