Maria Jezabel was an excellent guide. She spoke very good English which as an English speaker I appreciated. She was extremely knowledgeable on the history of Salta and other pertinent historical facts. The stops along the way were really interesting and she definitely made Salta more appealing. . Up until our guided walk, I had spent more time in the surrounding area. I was glad to spend some time with her learning more about Salta itself.

The best free walking tour I’ve done in Argentina — hands down. I’ve done several free tours across the country and this one stands completely apart. Our guide had an extraordinary depth of knowledge about Argentine history from the indigenous roots and Spanish conquest through to independence and beyond. Not the surface-level facts you get elsewhere, but real insight into why Argentina is the way it is today. The pace was perfect, the storytelling was engaging, and I left genuinely understanding the city and its history in a way that changed how I experienced everything else on my trip. Homero was a fantastic tour guide, covering all bases from great recommendations (especially for ice cream), spoke superb English, a great personality and above all very well educated on the city. He had an answer for all of our questions. 10/10

Homero is a very experienced guide who has a lot of knowledge and outstanding command of english. This is a perfect introduction to the history, architecture, culture and customs of Salta. A very easy walk through the main streets being given just enough information at every stopping point. Highly recommend.

Hometown speaks great English so his tour is very easy to understand. It’s not too long and starts at a convenient time. He has very good knowledge of the sights and also gives good practical tips on places to eat and changing money.
