Zoe is very knowledgeable and friendly. She knows a lot about Salzburg past and present. I enjoyed her tour very much. I did not come prepared for rain, but Zoe was! She provided rain ponchos to all who needed them for which I was VERY grateful.

Just finished an excellent tour of Salzburg with Roy. As we were in a small group we were able to see some hidden gems courtesy of Roy. Lots of history and various titbits added along the way. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience on this free walking tour in Salzburg with Zoe. She is an incredibly charismatic, friendly, and pleasant person, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best tours I have ever taken. Zoe is very professional, attentive, and passionate about what she does. One thing that really made her tour stand out is how she explains the history and stories using large printed photos, which makes everything much easier to imagine and understand. It adds a very special and unique touch to the experience. She also includes a surprises during the tour, which I won’t mention here because I think it’s better for others to experience them for themselves. The tour takes you through some of the most important and beautiful places in downtown Salzburg, giving you a great introduction to the city. It also helps you identify places you may want to revisit later on your own, especially if you want to explore them more calmly depending on your interests. Above all, I am very grateful to Zoe for such a wonderful experience. Her energy, kindness, and professionalism truly make a difference. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Salzburg — you will not regret it!

I went on this tour as a solo traveler and was pleasantly surprised! Don’t expect this tour to cover all of the tourist spots, it won’t and there’s lots to explore on your own. I explored the Mozartplatz and St. Peter’s Abbey area before the tour so I didn’t care that we didn’t cover those areas. I appreciated how responsive, knowledgeable, and happy Zoe was to guide us. She gave us little knick knacks as well (which was nice because I didn’t want to purchase kugels myself). She had gloves for us in the cold weather, and waited for everyone to get there (even though she had to wait an extra 10 minutes before starting the tour. Her fun facts were excellent as well. I definitely recommend going on this tour!
