Free walking tours in Sarajevo

Mir war das Englisch leider etwas zu schnell, ja, das mag mein Problem sein, aber es sind ja auch nicht alle fit in Englisch, das sollte man immer beachten. Die Stopps waren mir etwas zu lang und die Tour das was man auch schon im Alleingang macht/findet! Die Gruppe war meiner Meinung nach auch viel zu groß, so dass man an vielen Stellen gar nichts mitbekommen hat!

I have to say I was not really aware of much of the conflict in this war. Which was the main reason why I took the tour. Nano was excellent in explaining it from his point of view and I am so glad I took the tour.

I’d highly recommend this tour for the information provided and the positive spirit of Neno.

Amazing walking tour

Excellent tour, I felt like I learned a lot about the history of Sarajevo but told in an interesting and engaging way. The time flew by. Definitely recommend, especially at the start of your trip to get bearings of the city and its complex history.

Adis was a great tour guide and very friendly, knowledgeable and it felt like you were just having your friend show you around their town. He gave plenty of history and plenty of recommendations on things to do and see and eat…I recommend this tour if ever in Sarajevo!

It was great tour! I was really positive surprised, that beside I was the only one attending the tour, the guid (Adis) was there on time, didn't cancelled it and actually went overtime! He told me everything, that I was interested in, the stories were fascinating and I got great recommendations what to visit in addition. I really felt like I'm walking with a friend - my personal rating 7/6 stars! 🙂

Friendly and informative, covered a lot of ground with key sites and a demonstration of copper working. Good interaction with plenty of chance to ask questions and explore excellent local knowledge.

The tour was incredibly informative. As a history buff, I asked lots of questions and I truly appreciate how nuanced the responses were. We went even over time so I truly appreciate the explanation and time given. 10/10

Bella Bosnia è l'unica agenzia a Sarajevo che si occupa di tour con guide in Italiano. Se non conoscete altre lingue, sarà un "passaggio obbligato". Il tour ha durata adeguata e abbiamo apprezzato la puntualità della guida. Il tour è molto frenetico, avremmo apprezzato magari che le spiegazioni avvenissero con la guida che scandisse meglio le parole, e che non corresse tra un punto e l'altro spiegando le cose mentre camminava obbligando chi fosse in fondo al gruppo a non sentire. Inoltre, inutile mostrare foto di mappe su cellulare, nessuno riesce a vederle. Sarebbe meglio stamparle su fogli a4/a3 e portarle con sé durante il tour. Non abbiamo apprezzato le battute ripetute identiche a più riprese nel tour, e la costante promozione dei tour guidati a pagamento dell'agenzia.

We took the tour at 13 pm. Our guide was born and raised in Sarajevo, he spoke perfect English and gave a lot of historical and cultural insights. He was able to bring us back to each historical moment that made Sarajevo’s history and made us understand what made this city such an unforgettable place. We can only recommend taking this tour! The tour was very informative and long, especially considering that it's a free walking tour. However, I felt a bit info-dumped at the beginning, and I wish there was more talk about what life in Sarajevo is like for a local. It's not a bad tour by any means, especially if you're mostly into historical facts. But for me personally it was lacking a bit of cultural backdrop.
