Beverly hosted a fantastic tour! It was as advertised and so much more. I felt a pulse of the city through her eyes and gained valuable insight. I enjoyed visiting the local stands and the vista at the end is not to be missed.

Beverly is an absolute gem of a guide! We just completed the Guatemala Historical Avenues Walking Tour and it exceeded every expectation. Beverly's English is perfect and her knowledge of the city's history made every street come alive in a way we never expected. We started with an incredible stop for fresh ceviche at a local spot, the kind of place you'd never find on your own, then moved on to the most beautiful local coffee shop. We've had coffee all over the world, and this was genuinely some of the best we've ever tasted. For the afternoon, Beverly took us for shuco, a true Guatemalan street food experience that was absolutely delicious and something we won't soon forget. The tour covered so much rich history as we wandered through stunning streets, and we always felt completely safe the entire time. Beverly clearly knows this city inside and out. The grand finale was a breathtaking viewpoint that made for a perfect ending. If you're visiting Guatemala City, do NOT skip this tour. Beverly will completely change how you see this city. 10/10!

The tour was canceled on Friday due to lack of participants and then canceled again Saturday (today) before the guide was unable to get to the event. These things happen.

We highly recommend a free walking tour with Beverly. We tried some local food, which was amazing and we are planning to go back there. She shared some stories and she was very knowledgeable about her country. She could answer all our questions and the tour was very interesting from the start to the end. 10/10!

Beverly was amazing. Firstly she still ran the tour even though it was only me, she treated me so well on the tour and was so knowledgeable, honest and covered a wide range of topics. She was so giving with her time and the route was a great way to experience the real Guatemala City. The coffee place and street food stand we stopped at were worth the tour alone and the view at the end was unexpected. Would recommend to anyone who has even just a morning spare in Guatemala.

Joining Beverly’s tour was the best thing in my Guatemala trip! So informative and the walk is surprisingly interesting and fun! Despite other walkers not showing up, Beverly is kind enough to give me a personal tour and there’s not a moment where I feel discomfort or boring! Beverly is very professional and gave me a lot of explanation of the city. Besides, the coffee stop along the way is a highlight of the trip! Beverly was very down to earth and knowledgeable about the history of Guatemala and the city. I learnt a lot of information and the walking route chosen was not the typical tourist areas so we got to see and learn parts about the city I would have not known/found on my own.
