Hi! I am Debora, 34 years old and mother of 2 young girls. Throughout my life, I have been passionate about sharing the wonders of nature with others. After moving to Asturias with my Spanish husband in 2018, I started my own travel company intoAsturias. I guide tours about the Camino de Santiago and through the beautiful nature here in northern Spain, with the goal to let international visitors experience and explore Asturias.
Have you heard about the Camino de Santiago? The oldest, or most original one, is the 'Camino Primitivo' and it starts in Oviedo! This tour leads you through Oviedo, partly following the first part of the Camino Primitivo. We'll pass by Oviedo's pilgrim hostels and former pilgrim hospitals. The route also leads through some of Oviedo's parks and the old town. Along the way, I will tell you how it is to live in Asturias and share specific insights about the Asturian history, gastronomy and nature. Main itinerary: Oviedo Catedral Bulevar de la Sidra La Peregrina Campoamor Theatre Calle Uria Iglesia de San Isidoro el Real El Fontan Plaza de Trascorrales
In front of the statue of King Alfonso the II, on the left side of the Cathedral (when looking to the entrance of the Cathedral).
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
