Hi, glad to meet you, my name is Alfredo R. . I am from Lima city, I live there and I work as a Licensed Tour Guide by the peruvian Ministry of Tourism (initials in spanish MINCETUR) for over 17 years. I am a Transfer Person, Tour Conductor and Tour Leader as well. Finishing my studies in a local institute, I worked as Tour Guide in Lima city when I received some offers for working as Guide, Transporter and Tour Conductor out from my city: Puno, Cusco cities and Bolivia (Southern highlands) and after Chiclayo, Trujillo, Chachapoyas, Cajamarca and Piura cities (Northern coast and highlands). Thanks to my experience, sometimes I am a Tour Advisor making tour programs and I can guide in different places talking about many themes. Hope to meet you in Lima!

Tour description

Our meeting point is the Torre Tagle Palace where is placed the best colonial balcony of Lima.

Then, we get the Central Market, one of the oldest markets of the city (this point is optional).

The Chinatown is the first street where the chinese colony occupied when they decided to stay in Perú. Shops, chifas, chinese new year and zodiac, etc, you will see that including a chinese market.

After we will go to Italy Plaza in honor to one of the main colony of foreigners to take a small bus and go to the next point.

The Presbítero Maestro Cemetery was the main one of the old Lima's High Society and one of the richest of the continent. There, you'll see Cripts, Tombs, Mausoleums and Panteons made of marble during the XIX and XX centuries. In that cemetery were buried peruvians and foreigners who were important in the peruvian History.
