-The Pérez Chocolate Factory:
The chocolate that these artisans make, at least until the first quarter of the twentieth century, were sold in the same house or went out to sell it in areas called 'routes'. These trips were usually made in cars, sometimes they were quite long, as they took up to 10 days to arrive. Subsequently, the train began to be used as a means of transport, taking the chocolate to the different stores.
