E' stato un tour perfetto per il primo giorno in città perché ci ha dato sia informazioni sui principali luoghi di interesse che indicazioni pratiche con suggerimenti di locali dove andare a mangiare piatti e dolci tipici. Susanna e' stata non solo molto preparata ma anche gentile e simpatica.

David was so knowledgeable, but didn't just sprout information. It was considered, he had a folder of photos to demonstrate what he was talking about, he was solemn when necessary, and jovial when appropriate!

I would highly recommend this tour. Robert, our guide, has a way with words. He played games with us for historical facts and it was amazing. We learned a lot, saw the most interesting places, learned about economy, history, funny facts, and all that introduced to a spectacular way. He was 15 min early on the exact meeting point. Answered all the answers. Very knowledgeable, but didn't cite the numbers, only if asked for details. Fantastic tour.THANKS.
