Hi! I'm Leticia, tour guide and mediator. I have a degree in Fine Arts and I am specialized professionally in historical and artistic tourism. I love art and the stories that artists hide between brushstrokes, chisels and hammers, between the decoration of buildings...and now I would like to share it with you. I don’t believe in traditional guided tours where the tourist follows the guide with his tongue out, barely able to enjoy or stop to appreciate what they are seeing. Doing tourism means enjoying what surrounds you. Therefore I Mamés my visits as walkways in which, besides learning and knowing new places, we will have pleasant conversations in which to share impressions, experiences and opinions. I hope to see you all or soon!

About the tour

Leave aside the usual squares, buildings and streets. Forget the usual guided visits and the endless tours.

I suggest you visit a place away from the traffic, full of nature and enjoy a great walk through the lungs of Madrid: El Parque del Buen Retiro.

Our walk begin in Plaza de la Independencia, known as Puerta de Alcalá and from there we walk through the paths where kings, nobility and great politicians walked and contributed with monuments, fountains, gardens and unique pieces.

Through the walkway, we will know the evolution of this wonderful 118ha park and the different whims of the royalty or the governors.
