Belit nos compartió con mucha alegría y entusiasmo sus saberes sobre la historia de Bilbao; pudimos conocerla gracias a su capacidad para transmitir el conocimiento de su lugar de origen. Muy alegre y espontanea. También nos brindó folletos para que nos lleváramos con información adicional de suma utilidad para nuestra estadía en la ciudad, algo que nunca nos había pasado en un tour. We had a wonderful experience with our guide, Gillan, in Bilbao. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the city come alive with fascinating history, local culture, and great recommendations. The tour was well paced and personalized, and we especially appreciated the insider tips on pintxos, neighborhoods, and hidden spots we never would have found on our own. Gillan’s enthusiasm for Bilbao was contagious and made our visit even more memorable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the city!

We enjoyed our tour with Saiora. She has a great sense of humour, is friendly, and is a very good communicator. She did a good job of managing our group so that we were not blocking sidewalks, etc. She also shared valuable recommendations. Definitely worth the time for an intro to Bilbao!

Better than expected and based on reviews I had high expectations. Gillan grew up in Bilbao and studied architecture. Very entertaining story teller and gave us a really good understanding of the history, conflicts and changes in Bilbao. Also great advice re restaurants and pintxos.

Really enjoyed the city tour in Bilbao.In 2 hours time, we got a nice impression of the historical town.I would suggest to set a limit on the number of participants, so it's stays pleasant and easy to understand for everybody.We were >30 people.Thank you
