We love sharing our knowledge of the city with visitors and tourists from all over the world. When we walk with travelers and we begin to tell all the stories and anecdotes that we find in each corner, it is very satisfying for us. We enjoy teaching our city to everyone and we also share experiences and learn things from each of the places on the planet as travelers end up telling us about their places of origin.
Meeting point in the parking lot next to the Carlota Perez residence for the elderly. We went down Nueva street explaining the history of Zahara to the Alameda de Lepanto to explain the anecdotes of the Taking of the Nasrid fortress by the Christian troops. Later we go down Ronda street towards the atrium of the Hermitage of San Juan de Letrán, where we will see the old Clock Tower. Once there, we will go to the Plaza del Rey along Calle San Juan, where we find the Iglesia Mayor de Zahara, Santa María de la Mesa. We will have the opportunity to climb towards the entrance of the castle of Zahara and towards Calle Fuerte, where we can see a peripheral view of the surroundings of Zahara. To finish, we will go down the Plaza del Rey, where we will find a magnificent Pinsapos forest walk in which we will explain the qualities of this star tree of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.
Meeting point: Open in Google Maps
How to find me: Calle nueva 41, in front of the residence for the elderly (we carry multicolored umbrellas)
