My tours are designed for those who enjoy a relaxed pace and are eager to discuss and learn about: - Culture - History - Art - Languages If you prefer to be rushed from point A to B or your primary goal is to create content for your Instagram stories, I kindly and respectfully suggest considering a tour with someone else. I'm an Italian writer based in Lisbon since 2017, and I hold a commercial license with the National Portugal Tourism Entity to conduct walking tours. I particularly enjoy guiding tours for fellow writers, artists, and anyone who is curious, open-minded, and open to inner and outer discoveries.
The main theme of this tour is Portugal and its intricate relationship with the Orient. We will start at the homonymous museum, and our walk will take us partially along the river, with stops at MAAT and the Electricity Museum.
Upon reaching the Belém neighborhood, the subject will also include the Portuguese government, some of its most significant royal personalities, and how the area's layout has evolved throughout the centuries.
From the Jeronymite Monastery to the Geographical Discoveries Monument, you can expect to hear and discuss modern and contemporary Portugal, the Salazar Dictatorship, as well as the most important Portuguese explorations.
There's a bench in front of the Museum's entrance: I'll be waiting for you right there.

Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
