I am a graduate of Mohammed v University of Rabat with a BA in English Studies. I am currently working for Microsoft as a customer service representative, in addition to that I am working with a local NGO called Rabat sale Memoir, my role in this NGO is to educate schoolchildren about the importance of their tangible and intangible heritage. In addition to that, I am working with American students studying Arabic as a translator and interpreter (I help them with interviews on the street or with local organizations and authorities). I also had the opportunity to work on an Italian TV show called Peckino Express, which was filmed in Morocco (my role was to accompany the film crew, talk to the local authorities and make sure everything is ok). This experience allowed me to travel Morocco a lot and enrich my knowledge about different parts of Morocco.

About the Tour

You will have the opportunity to visit the old part of the capital of Morocco by night and discover it from a local perspective. I will make sure you have a historical and cultural immersion. we can also cross the barrage river to the neighboring city of sale and take a walk along its marina. I will take you to the best local restaurant and the best places where locals usually go. the tour can be customized based on your needs and how much time you have and usually, it's very flexible since I always make sure to keep the number of attendees less than five people.
The tour will start from Rabat Ville train stop, we will head to the Hassan Tower (We will be able to have a nice view of the neighboring city of sale, the marina and the new opera house)after that we will walk along the marina of Rabat in the direction of the kasbah of loudaya and we will make sure to make it on time to see the sunset over the Atlantic.
Our next stop will be the Medina and its traditional shops which sell local products. We will also get the chance to see where the locals usually do their shopping and we can take some time to stop in a local coffee shop where the locals usually hangout.
This is an opportunity to ask as many questions as you like about the daily life of locals and the Moroccan traditions and culture.

Mi marido y yo hemos realizado el tour por la ciudad de Rabat con Youssef. Lo hemos pasado muy bien, nos ha enseñado todos los rincones de la ciudad y hemos disfrutado mucho. Totalmente recomendable.
