This photo tour is for you if you are looking to learn about how to use your camera and become a better photographer while walking around one of the best neighbourhoods of this wonderful city.
As a photographer, I have prepared this tour for us to learn in a group (maximum 15 people). I will introduce some basic things about photography (shutter, diaphragm, composition, etc.) and I will guide the tour with games that will help you develop your creativity while we walk through places of interest that wake the inspiration. I will also add some curiosities and notes on the history of the place.
We will pass through very famous places of Notting Hill (Alice store, The Travel Book Shop, streets with colourful houses, Portobello Road market, films locations,...).
You can come with your mobile phone if you don't have a camera and you are interested in photography, but it is preferable that you come with a camera.
Beginner or intermediate level (non-professional), since we will explain basic things for those who want to start or go deeper into photography, but we will not talk about editing, flash, ligthning, etc.
The tour is around 2.30 hours and starts at the corner of Portobello Road, opposite a yellow pub called The Sun.
You can pay by card or cash (please pay in English currency, GBP).
I'll be at the meeting place with a black and white dots umbrella!
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
