We don’t take you to tourist traps - this is a genuine, authentic experience.

We will ask you for 35 soles aprox. per person for your snacks. Please bring cash, and come with change.

We suggest a minimum tip of 50 soles (12 euros and up), depending on your personal level of satisfaction.

1. All of us - the tour guides - are locals and professionals with 3 to 5 years of education at University.

Yes, we work for tips. No salary.

50% of your tip goes to the guide, and the other 50% to the company (Lima Insider), which covers the GuruWalk platform fee per person and other logistical expenses.

2. Unlike other companies, we never cancel tours for a matter of group size, even if there’s only one person booked.
We always deliver a fantastic experience, no matter the group size.
However, if we ever cancel, it is really because we couldn't make it.

3. Things we DO NOT do:

We do not take you to or recommend any tourist trap or any museum-store that you could easily visit on your own.

We do not accept massive groups.
We don’t go for quantity - we value quality, transparency, and connection.
