The beaches of Normandy are one of the most iconic and important places of World War II. Are you ready to discover all its secrets ? Unique Tour in Normandy in Spanish.

What will you see and discover on that tour?:

When you visit a place like Normandy on your own, you run the risk of overlooking most of the details that occurred in every corner of the battlefield . When you book this free tour you will have an experienced guide , with whom you will be accompanied at all times, and who will explain what happened in each position in great detail. Furthermore, and as you will see, this guide is one of the greatest disseminators of the Second World War in Spanish.


We will start at the American Cemetery where the scene from the movie Saving Private Ryan was filmed. There we will analyze in depth the strategic approach of the Allied landing in Normandy and the great battle that followed.

Next, we will visit the cemetery and see the most iconic tombs and monuments within it. We will see graves of generals and soldiers who have won the Congressional Medal of Honor . Finally, we will enjoy a documentary and a small exhibition in which we will see weapons, uniforms and war material.

Next, we will walk down to the German defensive position where German soldier Heinrich Severloh , nicknamed “the Beast of Ohama” was, after single-handedly killing more than 1,000 Americans during D-Day. There we will analyze how the bloody landing occurred. , and where the Americans penetrated the German defenses. We will see the monument to the 1st American Infantry Division and the tribute to a Spanish soldier.

Finally, we will drive to the Overlord Museum, just 3 kilometers from the cemetery, and we will see the most iconic tanks of the American Army and the famous German 88mm cannon. At the end of the tour, the guide will give you the relevant recommendations to continue visiting iconic places from the Battle of Normandy.
