Welcome to Évora! I am - to date - the only free tour guide who was born and lives in this UNESCO World Heritage City. I'm a guide trained in Archeology, History and Anthropology with extensive experience in doing guided street tours. Whether you know the city well or if it is your first time here, you will surely be surprised. In Évora, novelty is eternal: every corner a new story, every look a surprise.
It is a magical tour of the old town of Évora so that you have not only an introduction to the history and monumental architecture of the city, but also a local perspective , told by someone who is passionate about his hometown.

It is not a conventional tourist tour: although the main city places are presented , we will also pass through all kinds of narrow streets and squares. At the end of the tour, the visitor will have an almost complete notion of both the various historical periods of Évora and the Eborense customs of interacting in the intramural space. "Complete" would only be living in the city, of course.
In addition, you can admire the lights of Évora at sunset (afternoon tours), something really unique especially for photography lovers and for intrepid travelers who really like to know and discover the places they pass through.
In short, a walk for all tastes where we will talk from Prehistory until tomorrow , always offering rich suggestions of other places to visit and little-known (but great) places to eat. You will certainly love our gastronomy, one of the richest in the Iberian Peninsula.
