What you’ll experience:

You will learn about the history and culture of Barranco, as well as the stories behind each mural we've carefully selected for you. Along the way, you'll also get to know some of the local muralists, musicians, writers, poets, and legends that make this neighborhood so unique.

1. All of us - the tour guides - are locals and professionals with 3 to 5 years of education at University.

Yes, we work for tips. No salary.

50% of your tip goes to the guide, and the other 50% to the company (Lima Insider), which covers the GuruWalk platform fee per person and other logistical expenses.

2. Unlike other companies, we never cancel tours for a matter of group size, even if there’s only one person booked.
We always deliver a fantastic experience, no matter the group size.
However, if we ever cancel, it is really because we couldn't make it.

3. Things we DO NOT do:

We do not take you to or recommend any tourist trap or any museum-store that you could easily visit on your own.

We do not accept massive groups.
We don’t go for quantity - we value quality, transparency, and connection.
