We had a very nice trip with Ricardo who showed is the authentic Coimbra. He’s a very friendly guide who takes time to answer questions. We had a very nice afternoon and can recommend joining this tour.

It was cold and rainy and the guide was amazing - keep up the energy the whole time and was super excited to tell about the history as well as the traditions. A family had a stroller - which is incredible hard to navigate on streets and stairs, but he didn’t bat and eye and stated super positive. I was only in town for 4 hours and so glad I booked this tour! Even found out about free fado! (Attend the tour to find out where and when! 😉)

Jose Antonio was one of the best guides we’ve had in Portugal. Well prepared with large pictures and maps, he is very knowledgeable and brings us to the best spots for pictures. He also gave us a sheet of paper at the end with his local recommandations!

Jose was an excellent guide. He knows his city inside and out and sprinkled history into it without it feeling like a history lesson. His English is easy to understand and he kept the tour very entertaining. We highly recommend!

We had a lovely couple of hours with Breno on this tour. We had him to ourselves as the other couple had cancelled & it was like viewing the city with a friend. Breno was engaging, friendly & knowledgeable about the city & it's history. He also gave us some great recommendations for bars, restaurants & where to see Fado. Would recommend this tour

Joao was so knowledgable about Coimbra’s history and he shared many interesting stories, facts, and legends. It is a beautiful city and experiencing it with Joao, who grew up in Coimbra, was wonderful. We highly recommend his walking tour.
