Eat like a local on the streets of Naples

This is a street food–focused walking tour through authentic Naples.

We eat first. Street art and murals help tell the story, but food is the real star.

What we eat (pay-as-you-go):

 • Pizza Fritta o Margherita a Portafoglio – Deep-fried pizza stuffed with ricotta cheese and pork cracklings or folded pizza, eaten on the street. 

 • Frittatina Napoletana (classic or Genovese-style) ,

 • Cuoppo Napoletano – mixed fried street food in a paper cone

* Rustic bread roll with meatballs in tomato sauce 

* Raw beef with lemon juice 

 • Neapolitan espresso

 • Sfogliatella or Fiocco di Neve with milk cream inside 

Where we walk:

 • Forcella & Rione Sanità – real neighborhoods, no tourist traps
