Bal is an excellent guide. She faced the dificult task of guiding a diverse group of foreigners who (like me) knew very little about Kazachstan and who asked all kinds of questions that were outside the scope of the tour. She did very well: answering all questions and at the same time guiding the tour she had prepaired. In this way I learned a lot about Almaty and Kazachstan. Thank you so much Bal!

This was such a great tour! I learned so much about the history of Kazakhstan and Central Asia, more than I thought I would! I loved the samples we got at the market, and Karakoz was great at making sure everyone got their questions answered.

Wow! What a fantastic walking tour. Aiguerim was so knowledgeable and passionate about the history and culture of her country. Aiguerim answered any questions we had with great detail, we left the tour knowing so much more about the country and everyday life of Kazakh people. She also sent out an exceptional list of recommendations following the tour! Would definitely recommend to others visiting Almaty 😁😁

We had a good time with Balaban às our guide. She is pretty knowledgeable and friendly. I am glad that she was quite patiently tô our group as members were also interested in talking to each other and off the topic conversations happened many times. 😅 I highly recommend this tour if you want to have an intro to history and culture of Kazakhstan and Almaty!

Here's a polished English version: We had a wonderful walking tour of Almaty with Aiguerim and can highly recommend her. She is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about her city. The tour was the perfect mix of interesting information, local insights, and a relaxed atmosphere. It felt more like exploring the city with a good friend than being on a typical guided tour.
