Hello, my name is Muhammad, a PhD scholar, and I am honoured to serve as a tour guide at the Nagasaki Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Museum. As a passionate communicator of history and peace, I aim to help visitors deeply understand the tragic events of August 9, 1945, and the resilience of the people of Nagasaki. My goal is to guide you through this Nagasaki Peace Memorial Park, Atomic Bomb Hypocenter, and Atomic Bomb Museum with sensitivity and insight, sharing the stories of survivors and the importance of working towards a peaceful, nuclear-free world.
I did the tour with Mohammed. He was very well informed and friendly. Even tho the subject and the nature of the tour is very dark and full of misery, as a history of Atom bombing and its consequences, he made the tour very enjoyable and exciting!
Doing this tour with Muhammad was a really nice experience. He explained all the historical context that led to WWII and the catastrophic events that took place in Hiroshima and Nagasaki due to the atomic bombs. The tour also included an explanation about the meaning of the memorial and all the symbols that are located there. I really recommend this tour and if Muhammad is your guide you'll be really lucky.
Great walk through the Peace Park and Atomic Bomb Hypocenter Park in Nagasaki. Mohammed provided key information about the city, the parks, and relevant context to understand this historic event. Mohammed is also very personable, which made the tour enjoyable. Thanks Mohammed, I had a great time.
