Essential Free walking tours of Nairobi

It's a great walking tour for the first day in Nairobi.

Our group enjoyed the tour with Ibrahim. He was knowledgable, eloquent and friendly. We would recommend him!

It was a great walk with Daniel mixed with culture and History and we had a nice vibe of Nairobi and kenya as a country.

Our tour guide, Ibrahim, was very friendly and open to questions - he even accompanied us to the KICC after the planned itinerary. However, the tour itself could've taken way less time if delivered efficiently - Ibrahim encouraged people to do their souvenir shopping DURING the tour, which meant that half the group had to just wait in the corner for 40 minutes (with most worrying if they're going to make it on time to their other commitments). The tour covered more recent events and culture rather than history, which I personally enjoyed, but some people felt it could've included more of the latter.

Edwin did a great job of showing me around Nairobi. He was very knowledgeable and knew more than just the "tour script"-- he easily answered my random questions about the history and places we visited. Overall a great tour and I highly recommend him!!!

It felt super safe to walk around Nairobi with Edwin - even when the sun already set and it became dark. Edwin showed us around many cultural and political places, always giving a profound explanation. A special highlight was the sunset that we could watch from the KICC tower. Absolute recommendation!

Nairobi may not be one of the greatest cities in the world, but the walk was interesting and I learnt a lot about Nairobi and Kenya. Well worth it.
