What an incredible tour, we were genuinely lucky to have Wenqi as our guide. She showed us the best food spots in the Muslim Quarter and made every stop feel effortless and fun. She was absolutely lovely, patient, knowledgeable, and had such great energy. She even became our national hero when one of our friends forgot his backpack at the Xi’an train station, Wenqi handled everything like a pro. We truly miss her! Would book with her again in a heartbeat next time we’re in Xi’an. You’d be crazy not to do a tour with her.

Yun Yun took us through the history of Xian and clearly explained the links between the sights and dynasties involved. We learnt a lot from her. She was patient, friendly and was a wealth of information. Highly recommend!

A most enjoyable and informative tour on my first morning in Xi'an. It helped greatly that Yunyun has experience of leading tours in Europe as it gives her an opportunity to contextualise Chinese and Western history. But it wasn't all history as Yunyun talked about current social and economic issues in China. Overall, this walking tour was a great introduction to Xi'an and I would highly recommended Yunyun as a tour guide with almost fluent English 👏👏

I had an amazing time. We tried different food that I would have not tried on my own and also in shops I would have not looked at. In the Muslim quarters there is so much choice that it can be hard to choose. This tour is the best way to get some guidance and authentic experience. Totally recomanded! Also Wenqi has been an amazing person to converse with, have a prospective on how life in china is. Don’t miss this tour!
