Free walking tours in Santa Cruz de la Sierra

I’m a tour leader working for a UK company and am with a group of 12 people. As I’ve never been to Santa Cruz (without it being the presidential election when everything was shut down) I found Paul on here to do a short city tour during our layover… it was excellent. Paul is cheerful and very knowledgeable. It was great to learn about his town and see some of the museums. THANK YOU Paul from all 13 of us.

Paul gave us a very personal and interesting tour around Santa Cruz. We even entered various museums where Paul chose the most important things to see and explained a lot about history and culture! We really saw the city with different eyes afterwards, gracias Paul!

These tours are generally great, and so it was with Paul. You get to see so many things you wouldn‘t when you would walk around yourself. And the background and information Paul gave us was great!

You will enjoy the walk around the downtown area. You get to visit a number of museums and learn how the city grew in the 70s and 80s to 3 million people today. You can't miss this tour.

Paul is an excellent guide who focuses on and really knows the history of Santa Cruz.

Paul spole exceptionally good English and had so much knowledge about Santa Cruz and Bolivia in generel. We felt like we learned a lot ina fun way. Paul personalised the tour a bit by asking us some questions so he could relate his information to our situation. We also visited a few free museum, which we didn’t know existed. In conclusion Paul was a very good guide who made us feel like we knew a lot about the city when the tour had ended. We can definitely recommend going on a tour with Paul.
