A place that many speak lately and which we want to show you from a local point of view: Exarchia played a fundamental role in achieving modern Greek democracy, and many people do not know it! We will explain the origin of this ideological and activist movement, we will talk about the current political / social situation in Athens and what Exarchia represents in this context. We will also discuss different controversial issues such as "the refugee crisis", "squatter houses", "the airbnb phenomenon" ... and much more! We invite you to ask us everything you want while we walk through these streets full of stories and street art. You can also ask us for any kind of recommendation; Exarchia has become the hot spot to go out, due to its large number of typical taverns and places to have a beer with friends. Perhaps you have already visited the tourist spots of Athens, however ... you still need to know another very important reality! Important: This more than a tour is a walk with friends. We work with very small groups and only by confirmation. After booking we will send you a message that you must answer to confirm your attendance, we do this in order to avoid last-minute "non-attendance" and also be able to offer a closer and personalized treatment. If you wish, we will climb a hill (away from tourism) to see a beautiful sunset. We will also have the opportunity to try something delicious in a local tavern.
