My name is Giovanni, I'm 28 and I live in Rapallo (GE). I attended the University of Genoa in the department of foreign languages. I've been working for two years as receptionist in a hotel but my dream is to become a tour guide in Genoa because I fell in love with this city during the years of the University. I have a big passion for history, music, food, drink and relationships between people; my aim is to show to the people the beautiful things which I discovered and experienced there

Tour description

Maybe Genoa is not one of the most famous italian cities, but you are going to be surprised discovering how beautiful she is, walking around her streets, her promenades, her narrow ways. You will find a city with a glorious history: a history of sea, ships, battles, riches, bravery, devotion but also greed, jealousy and pride.

With this route I would like to make you experience the same feelings I proved when I discovered Genoa during the years of the university.

Along the tour, if you are interested in, we will eat and drink in the places where the locals usually have lunch or dinner and we will try the local specialities. I like to keep it informal, so if you want, after the tour we can go to have a drink together in some typical bars of the city.
